My body’s been going thru a weird transition lately. In the last few months, I’ve had my first migraine ever (NOT cool), been feeling a little bit anemic every so often, and got diagnosed with vertigo. I’ve been getting my normal 8-9 hours of sleep every night, and I’ve been even trying to eat more fresh organic foods. I guess change doesn’t happen quickly and I can’t expect it to hit me quickly, but… meh… I guess my body’s become a bit of a nuisance with its limitations.
I started swimming this month until my second case of vertigo, which hit this week. Basically, when I turn my head a certain angle, or if I lay down, or look up/down, I feel like I’m being pulled by gravity towards the ground or opposite direction. It’s very very trippy because my body is CONVINCED that gravity is going downward, but I KNOW in my mind that it’s not. So, I gotta fight off the spinning when it comes around.
Do people my age get vertigo? What the heezy??
I’ve been a bit bummed by my body lately and have begun to take some more measures to take better care of it. (Okayyyy I’ll start exercising daily. I can take a hint!) Or… maybe just need to find a better host body =/

Sounds like Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo… sorry to hear that Cray, hope you feel better!
Hah, thanks for your concern! Lemme know if you have any suggestions. :)
